**Job Summary**:
The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions within the organization. This role involves assisting with the implementation of operational policies and procedures, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing daily operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- **Operations Coordination**:

- Coordinate schedule, resources, and information for operational activities.
- Assist with the implementation of operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- **Communications and Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external parties on operational matters.
- Facilitate communication between departmental teams to ensure operational coherence and efficiency.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist with resource allocation and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and HR departments as required.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Support the assessment and improvement of operational processes and workflows.
- Collect and analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase quality, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Work Environment**:
The Operations Administrator typically works in an office setting and may be required to sit for extended periods. The job might involve interacting with various departments and levels of management.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 2 years (preferred)
