Role Overview: As a Senior People Operations Administrator, your role is crucial in our client's dynamic People Operations team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the team and organization operate seamlessly, handling various People Ops tasks, providing exceptional support to employees, and maintaining efficiency in the fast-paced fintech industry. Utilizing your communication, organizational, and problems-solving skills, you will help cultivate a positive work environment and contribute to our client's overall success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Oversight: Manage front desk activities, including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Office Supplies and Coordination: Organize office supplies and maintenance to maintain a clean, orderly, and well-equipped workspace.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to extending employment offers, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for seamless transitions of new and departing employees.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, ensuring accurate data management, compliance with policies, and addressing employee queries.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Aid in organizing People Ops initiatives such as events, benefits, performance management, and training to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Management: Coordinate projects, manage timelines, and facilitate inter-team communication while assisting in project documentation preparation.
  • Skill Development: Assist in gathering skills data for reporting and maintaining accurate records.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by documenting, inspecting, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
  • Policy Dissemination: Understand and communicate People Ops-related policies and procedures.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay informed about relevant legislation and ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in People Operations administration
  • Familiarity with People Ops information systems and related software
  • Knowledge of People Ops laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

  • Availability at the office for 5 days weekly
  • Ownership of transport and valid driver's license
