**Areas of responsibility**:
Team leader - Campus Support
Analyse queries, complaints, and support request data, relating to the campus, in liaison with Deputy Registrar, to improve the student experience on the campus.
Manage Q-desk queries.
Attend to student complaints and concerns
Monitor and report on day-to-day student queries
Manage student disciplinary matters that are campus related with the DR, in an efficient, fair, and compliant manner.
Deal with student grievances relevant to the campus and contribute to fair resolution.
Assist with student timetable queries and concerns
Carry out administrative duties for the School Academic Committee
Perform administrative duties for special concessions (C4SS)
Hold regular planning and review meetings with DR
**Carry out the shared day-to-day SAS duties which includes**: Capturing of attendance, Red-flagging attendance and non-submissions, Relieving reception/library and archiving of student records.
Wellness coordinator
Collaborate with HOC to create a bi-annual calendar for upcoming semester awareness campaigns
Develop, implement and manage awareness programmes and campaigns
Compile and submit weekly student wellness status and progress reports, along with weekly student campus activity reports
Manage the myCampus page
Maintain a monthly register of workshops and videos during student wellness and campus experience campaigns
Work with Stadio marketing department to promote Stadio and the campus on social media
Ad hoc duties
