**Employer Branding Specialist**

**The role in a nutshell**:
**As an Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll help us tell the story of what it means to be a Guardian - helping us attract the very best talent for our business.**

**Working globally and across multiple marketing channels, you’ll create compelling campaigns and stories to increase awareness of our brand and position us as an employer of choice. As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll work with our Talent Partners and Leadership Team to tell our story to ultimately meet our hiring needs.**

**How you will make a difference**:

- Plan, arrange and execute marketing campaigns from conception to implementation.
- Strengthen our brand by building and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Create and coordinate engaging employer brand content for our social media channels.
- Assist in the execution of our new Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Design and write compelling content for our careers page on our website.
- Know our competition and their EVPs to best position us as a top industry employer.
- Make recommendations on recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to support pipeline creation and strengthen our brand.
- Track ongoing marketing activities, reporting on key results and KPIs.

**What will give you an advantage**:

- Prior experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding is strongly preferred.
- A background in marketing obtained through qualifications or previous experience.
- Highly proficient with multiple social media platforms and analytics.
- Experience creating online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English with creative writing ability that has a strong adherence to business English grammatical standards.
- Proactive nature with ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Experience in designing marketing collateral on platforms such as Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
