**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Possesses a minimum of a bachelors degree on NQF7.
- Have a major in Business Administration or Business Management, which will assist them with the role.
- Drivers Licence with own/reliable transport
- 5 years of experience working in different positions in their field and may come from other similar (service) industries, transferring their skills.
- Sound Leadership and track record in collaboration, stakeholder engagement and people management
**DUTIES & RESSPONSIBILITIES**
**_STRATEGY_**
- Development and Implementation of Sales Strategy for Organization
- Devising and implementing the sales strategy including breaking into the corporate and municipal environments
- Creating and deploying an annual marketing strategy and plan for the brand, in line with all academic requirements
**RELATIONSHIPS AND COLLABORATION**
- Identifies and establishes good working relationships with the sales, finance, and academic departments in full collaboration in ensuring that sales targets are maximised.
- Coordinates strategic planning activities with the Registrar/Head of the Institution, key stakeholders, and relevant cross-functional departments, especially marketing, to align efforts, avoid conflict of interests, and guarantee the success of sales efforts.
- Monitor the quality of sales information: Management Information and define data improvement programs.
**DEVELOPMENT OF SALES OPERATIONAL PLAN/BUDGET**
- Develop the annual Sales Strategy Plan and Operational Capex Budget.
- Submits implementation plan to the SHE Board for discussion and approval.
- Formulates and compiles the Annual Sales Turnover Budget and Quarterly forecasts
**SALES SYSTEMS, STRUCTURES AND TECHNOLOGY**
- Oversee the transformation of manual processes into integrated and largely automated processes that allow for greater visibility in the lead generation, sales cycle, and registration processes
- Ensuring the BITRIX is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.
- Determines the most appropriate sales tools, technology, and sales management systems to be used by the sales force
**STAFF MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP**
- Establishes a performance culture by ensuring all staff in the department have job descriptions and performance contracts (objectives, performance standards and targets) and are appraised twice a year and receive the appropriate recognition and reward for their contribution.
- Determines the reporting structure, job functions, person specifications and competency profiles for the sales force
