Junior Service Desk Specialist

Mazars Gauteng is currently recruiting for a Junior Service Desk Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tools and products used by Mazars.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Desktop Support**:
- Attending to service requests logged for by end-users
- Provide feedback on open tickets via the Service Desk
**Account Management**:
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Provisioning of Exchange Online mailboxes
- Assignment of Office 365 licences
**First Line Support**:
- Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Office 2013 and Office 365
- Printing support
- Telephony support
- Wi-Fi Support
- Mobile device support (iOS & Android)
- Setup video conferences
**Hardware Support**:
- Setting up and configuration of new and replacement laptops
- Keep asset register updated
- Liaise with vendors to resolve hardware faults
- Workstation moves when required
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of At least 1 years’ experience in a Service Desk environment including Desktop and Remote Support
- Working knowledge of Windows, iOS & Android platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with users
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Focus on providing high levels of customer service
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers in person, telephonically or via instant messaging
**Minimum Qualifications/certifications**:
- Grade 12 qualification
- A+ Certified
