Our client, a digital bank based in JHB North, is looking for 2x Service Desk Analysts to join their team. If you're passionate about IT Support and troubleshooting, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line IT and technical support.
- Troubleshoot and analyse hardware and software issues.
- Log and track incidents and requests.
- Escalate recurring incidents and identify trends.
- Resolve internal personnel and partner/supplier IT queries.
- Prioritize and resolve IT concerns, escalating high-priority issues.
- Perform system installations, updates, and maintenance to avoid service interruptions.
- Document processes and maintain service desk records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure IT needs are met

**Qualification and Skills Required**:

- Grade 12
- National certificate in information technology OR National Diploma in information technology
- A+ and N+ certifications
- 3 years experience

**CTC**: R36k per month

**Hours**: Service desk (24/7)

The shifts are 9 hours per shift

The team is divided into two groups, three members per group

Two members run the day shift and one member on night shift

Shifts rotate every 7 days, starting Monday to Sunday
