**Overview**
Our client is looking for a brand manager to drive new customer acquisition (specific focus on new audiences) via a range of brand, consideration, and consideration campaigns across online and localized in-area activity to
achieve new sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implement online marketing campaigns in line with channel media strategy
- Implement brand + consideration + conversion campaigns supporting the online media strategy and plans. This includes briefing new day to day campaigns via agency and internal creative resource and managing the creative solution process to deliver to media plan requirements on time and with 100% accuracy
- Work closely with media agency to ensure that all media and creatives are correctly implemented on time and in line with plans
- Implement SEO changes as identified across the site including copy and updates.
- Maintain strong competitor awareness to identify opportunities
- Working together with product managers, provide website copy for journeys as required
- Implement localized and mass reach media campaigns
- Using weekly coverage updates and updates from the FNO’s ensure that localized media plans are delivered to ensure that the company is visible in new Fibre areas. This will include media channels such as outdoor media and on the ground promoter activations, including engagement activity. Plan, implement and measure all of these campaigns
- Work closely with the FNO marketing teams to ensure the company’s share of voice with FNO marketing activity. Look to build strong relationships and negotiate value for the company
- As required, work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement any mass reach brand campaigns across channels such as TV or radio Schools program
- Onboard, manage and promote the company via the the company's schools program as a channel to reach customers. Ensure parent body and community reach is achieved
- Look for CSI opportunities within this space and present these to Head of Marketing Corporate customer channel support
- As the sales team look to grow this channel, provide marketing support enabling new customer acquisition. Manage creative process to deliver to sales requirements
**Key Skills**:
- Online media campaigns experience working across channels such as paid social media, YouTube, GDN is essential. This is not a social media content role.
- Passionate digital marketing, always on top of new trends and approaches
- Good relationship builder and ability to engage with people, negotiate and build strong relationships with cross functional teams
- Organised, with strong attention to detail demonstrated in both campaign planning and post campaign reporting with accuracy of information essential
- Takes initiative to solve problems and ask questions
- Be able to operate in fast paced, pressurised situations
- High levels oftech/ connectivity interest and understanding
- Self - sufficient worker who delivers to timelines under pressure
- High action and performance driven orientation
- High levels of written English required
**Qualifications**:
- Marketing qualification. Degree or Diploma
- 2 - 4 years experience actively running acquisition campaigns via online or other media channels
- Google Analytics user experience
- Must demonstrate paid media online campaign experience. Not a social media content role
- Experience in E- commerce, Telecoms, Internet or tech related industry preferred
