**IT **Change Management Practitioner (Financial Services)**

**Location: Pretoria, Gauteng**

**Position Overview**:
A **leading South African group in the financial services industry** is seeking to appoint a skilled **IT Change Management Practitioner.**

The main purpose of this position is to **develop and implement a comprehensive project change management plan **that will **lead to quality execution and sustainability of change initiative(s)** and **help client departments** **in the group to adjust to the relevant change(s)** and **encounter the benefits of information technology (IT) project change initiatives.**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- **_Define own work plan and change management deliverables_**_. _
- **_Deliver high quality and relevant work which includes deliverables._**:

- **_Build and sustain client relationships_**_ and _**_understand potential impacts to key stakeholders_**_._
- **_Manage the change component of projects_**_ and _**_deliver on time, within budget_**_ and _**_with requisite quality standards_**_ _**_and uptake_**_ of the change initiative._
- _Make business impact by _**_delivering results_**_ that leave a lasting effect or difference. _
- **_Facilitate adoption of new behaviours_**_ required to realise the benefit of change. _
- **_Engage key stakeholders_**_ to better understand their vision of success._
- _Work in _**_collaboration with the Systems Training team_**_._
- _Work to _**_get vendors aligned and on board as part of the project team_**_._

**To be considered for this position, one must have**:

- A **completed Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7)** in **Psychology, Business Management** or equivalent.
- A **minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience** in an **IS Project Change Management **environment.
