**Purpose**
To educate the whole of the company on the required processes, products and systems within specific environments so that they can add value to their departments and achieve business goals. To ensure that contracted training objectives between staff and line managers are achieved after skills gaps have been identified.
To provide line managers with resources to ensure sound performance management principles. To provide well organized, effective training interventions (internal and external).
**Responsibilities**
- Administration, monitoring and reporting to Team leader.
- Development of relevant learning material (includes obtaining QA sign-off).
- Quality of Learning/eLearning content development.
- Deliver formal and informal learning including coaching
- Conduct well planned, professional and structured training and development initiatives in response to the needs of the clients.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing,
- simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Provide constructive feedback to the learner. Do assessments (formative and summative) to
- determine success or learning. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Provide support by means of coaching and mentoring to training community
- Assist learners to overcome learning barriers and experience difficulties through coaching and
- Training feedback questionnaires, survey to managers and scoring sheet by Team leader will count towards this score.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of: Scheme Rules, policies and procedures and product
- development.
- Attending Departmental meetings in your spaces of responsibility and ensuring that you stay up to date with changes.
- Body of knowledge regarding training and development. Attend courses/ seminars to stay
- knowledgeable about the new developments in the ETD space and relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-years ETD experience
- Grade 12 with a ETD Practitioner Certificate
- The role will be 60% on e-learning content and administration, and 40% on the training and facilitation.
- We already have a dedicated e-learning specialist who develops the lessons, the Training Practitioner will focus on content creation.
