CRM - Campaign Manager

The CRM campaign manager reports to the CRM marketing manager and is responsible for advancing customer engagement initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategic campaigns aligned with brand objectives to foster loyalty and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign strategy and planning**: Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with brands to define objectives and customer journeys.
**Segmentation and targeting**: Refine customer personas for targeted communications aimed at desired behaviours.
**Campaign execution**: Plan and execute CRM campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timely delivery.
**Data analysis and reporting**: Analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Key skills and competencies**:
Proven track record in managing campaigns with incremental business results.
Ability to develop, execute, and optimise CRM strategies.
Experience working with design and copywriting teams, with HTML knowledge advantageous.
Up-to-date knowledge of CRM and marketing automation trends and best practices.
Previous retail or hospitality industry experience and/or loyalty program knowledge preferred.
**Qualifications and education requirements**:
Tertiary education in business, project management, marketing, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
