**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Retention & Engagement Strategies and Campaign Management**:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, working closely with the analytics team. By sharing insights across the business, you will drive continuous improvement and contribute to our world-class marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities at a customer segment level. Together, you will plan cross-channel initiatives to capture these opportunities.
**2. Lead Generation and Customer Database Growth**:
- Discover and implement cross-channel lead generation strategies aimed at expanding our contactable customer base. You will collaborate closely with our sales, social media, and other marketing teams to foster growth.
- Align with the Acquisition team to ensure a cohesive lead generation approach across various digital channels.
**3. Loyalty Programs**:
- Work closely with the Head of CRM to assess and improve Le Boat's loyalty program and communications. Your objective will be to enhance customer retention, engagement, and sales growth through the loyalty program.
**4. Team Collaboration**:
- As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will report directly to the Head of CRM. You will work alongside a CRM Manager, Data Manager, and Senior Data and Insight Executive.
- Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams, sales teams, Ecommerce, Studio, Finance, Yield, Operations, IT, Analytics, and Insights teams. By collaborating effectively with these teams, you will achieve shared objectives.
- Regularly interact and exchange ideas with other CRM Managers across the Travelopia brands. This collaboration will allow you to stay at the forefront of industry trends and contribute to our ambitious marketing strategies.
**What We're Looking For**:
Skills & Experience:
- A CRM marketing specialist with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a global organization.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end digital campaigns, with a strong track record in CRM/digital platforms.
- An individual with a keen eye for creativity and a strong ability to pay close attention to detail, especially in the development of effective campaigns.
- Experience with loyalty programs and related marketing techniques.
- Excellent collaborator who excels in building and nurturing connections with various individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign targeting and personalization.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and innovate.
- Experience with HubSpot is essential; knowledge of HTML coding is an advantage.
