**_ Through strategic planning, market research and forecasting, you will create new and boost existing client business relationships, maximise B2B solutions, provide product awareness and solutions; negotiate and facilitate client terms and pricing, product training and technical support. Your business promotion campaigns would include attending shows, boosting product and brand awareness, strategizing ways to create and promote innovative business solution proposals, brand awareness and promotion campaigns. _**

You will work closely with the sales and tech support team and answer directly to your manager and on occasion, the MD.

**Working Hours**: 8 to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

- Min 2 years proven sales targets, new business & client relationship development in Africa.
- Some knowledge of:

- The Industrial Automation and IT industry and related infrastructure solutions.
- PoE based solutions and how to implement them.
- Vertical market development and experience such as IT, Power, Rail, Mining, Marine, Security, Solar, Wind, and Water.
- Experience in tendering, export and engineering processes and documentation to facilitate business and sales.
- Provide new and innovative product and service support solutions.
- The ability to research and develop B2B relationships.
- Experience in travelling for business into Africa
- Knowledge of developing and existing markets and the ability to secure business.

c French or Portuguese (advantageous)

c Minimum of 2 Years of external sales experience in the industrial automation industry

c Good command of the English language

c Business development and creation of relationships

c Diploma or N+ Course (advantageous)

c Background in Computer/IT/Network engineering in the industrialised sector

c Experience in procurements utilising software (SAP software is an advantage)

c Sound working knowledge of MS Office and report preparation

**Duties and Responsibilities: BDM**
- "to provide a network of business contacts through strategic business forecasting by researching and promoting relevant product and service solutions to boost busines, sales and profits for existing, new and or upcoming industries and key players in the SADC and African continent. Business relationships will be based from within the industrial automation sectors vertical markets, which include mining, power, wind, water, solar, security and IT. You will be required to nurture and grow existing business, maximise awareness of product solutions and brand recognition, negotiate client terms and prices, forecast sales revenue, facilitate client product training and technical support, oversee growth and business projections, market research, provide product solutions, promote brand recognition, financial growth and profit margins and boost business relationships into Africa and SADC regions."_
- Provide research on English-speaking countries and plan business operations in Africa
- Develop and initiate a sales campaign and pipeline into Africa
- Forecast, analyse, and identify the key players in the industry, in Africa, meet online and in-person to secure business.

- Provide marketing strategies to penetrate key players and improve existing business, and necessary support structures and documentation such as market research, sales projections, and forecasts.
- Facilitate business to business trust and relationship, provide clients with industry research to promote business strategies, sales revenue forecast analysis and projections, facilitate communication between the businesses to improve overall profit. Research products, updates, customers, and industries.
- Negotiate business terms and conditions.
- Create content and conduct presentations to promote business and sales, both online and in person.
- Facilitate product support, training, and service delivery.
- Provide systems solutions.
- Provide and follow up on quotations, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise daily with clients.
- Data maintenance and capturing into the CRM System.
- Achieve targets.
- Attend to and process tenders.
- Daily report and feedback to sales manager.
- Meeting customers online and face to face to develop and improve business.
- Strategize, motivate, attend shows, and train customers on all relevant products.
