Key Duties:

- General Administration:

- Assist in maintaining administrative records and files.
- Handle correspondence and communications as necessary.
- Support the General Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Reservations:

- Manage hotel reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate bookings and timely updates.
- Coordinate with the reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Guest Services:

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Breakfast and Small Group Conferencing:
