HR Coordinator

**Critical Requirements**:
- Matric qualification
- HR tertiary qualification or studying towards one
- Computer literate in MS Office & VIP
- 2 - 3 Years HR, Learning and Development Experience
**Primary Accountabilities**:
**Recruitment**:
- Advertising positions on the intranet and Placement Partner
- Managing open and closing dates of vacancies
- Boardroom book and preparation of interview packs before the interview
- Ensure all new appointment documents are completed
- Ensure all documents are sent to payroll input
- Arrange induction for new joiner
- Update vacancy report Induction
- Ensure all new employees are included in the induction spreadsheet
- Ensure invitations are sent to the employee and line manager
- Ensure welcome packs are ready before induction
- Ensure that the room is set up and refreshments are ready before induction (1 week before induction)
- Ensure that the attendance register is signed
- Take photos of new employees and load them on the SharePoint
- Alert line managers of employees who were absent for induction and arrange induction for the following month
- Sit throughout induction presentation, take queries and follow them through (respond to employees within 24 hours)
- Ensure offsite employees get the link to induction presentation on the SharePoint
**Learning Development: Learnership/Interns/Graduates**
- Advertisement of the learnership/Internship and Graduate Development Programme
- Liaise with line management to arrange interviews
- Arrange induction
- Establish good relationship with the training providers
- Monitor the progress of learners while they are in training
- Ensure learner Log books and completed and sent to the training provider
- Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation learners and report on value add of the programmes
- Liaise with training provider on progress of learnership (quarterly reports)
- Coordinate the process payment of training provider invoice
- Coordinate graduate ceremony (process)
**Training File Portal**:
- Internal Training
- Send communication to line manager to request training register
- Capture internal training on SharePoint
**Wellness**:
- Coordinate wellness days according to wellness calendar
- Send out communication for wellness based on wellness calendars
- Establish good relationship with all service providers
- Set up meetings venue and all necessary equipment for wellness
- Coordinate SANBS -Blood Drive throughout the year
- Coordinate Alexander Forbes roadshows and anniversary presentations
