**About the role**

Skynamo is looking for an energetic, ambitious, consultative sales professional who wants to smash targets and be well rewarded in a dynamic software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment. Our typical customers are wholesalers, manufacturers and/or distributors with outside sales teams who can benefit from our mobile CRM and ordering app, Skynamo.

You will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their business needs and identify the areas where Skynamo will be the right solution in their environment. You will also be expected to bring your own view in recommending sales strategies and approaching this market, in order to meet target quota. You should be an adaptable, resilient, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong tech and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unearthing new sales opportunities and leads through networking and cold calling
- Effectively engage with new prospects and win deals by using a consultative, business value orientated approach that resonates with decision makers
- Seek first to understand, ask probing questions and look for areas where Skynamo can add and create value for the prospect
- Design detailed plans outlining intentions on how to reach own predetermined goals and quotas
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- As part of the AE team, collaborate and partner with Skynamo's SDR and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans
- Update and maintain prospect information and sales activities on company’s choice of CRM systems

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of sales experience (experience in software or technology an advantage)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in selling to wholesalers, manufacturers and/ or wholesalers
- Good listener who is able to partner with clients to understand challenges and present solutions
- Experience in presenting solutions to clients and articulating value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good business acumen
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Coachable
