Studio Administrator

**Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover**: mid-November 2024 - 30 April 2025)
An administrator is required for an advertising agency in Stellenbosch. The agency specialises in the marketing of shopping centres, so the pace is fast and the deadlines tight, necessitating a highly organised, focused, and capable studio team. The position advertised will be a supporting role to Studio Manager.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, flexible, very organised, detail-oriented, a strong problem solver and able to work well under extreme pressure.
**Requirements**:
Assistant and right hand to the studio manager.
Duties include capturing of all incoming briefs from various marketing managers and account executives and the processing thereof; Double-check with the studio manager that briefs are sound, and proactively point out areas of concern.
To flag any changes in briefs and late additional information to various creatives.
Various ad hoc studio duties to assist with workflow and chasing of deadlines.
Assisting with the administrative side of studio invoicing
Exceptional administrative and organisational skills are a must in this position
