**Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage an effective and positive teamwork
- Recruit and retain skilled staff
- Monitor sales, workshop, and parts departments and ensure profitability
- Improve stock turnover, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction and standards
- Control cash flow, stock, and assets
- Ensure compliance and legislative changes
- Business planning and cost savings initiative

**Requirements**:

- Senior Certificate
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Previous Sales Management experience or 2IC to Dealer Principal in the Retail Motor Industry is required
