**R 20000 - R 25000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission (Provident Fund, Market related, Negotiable)**

**Our client who specialises in security services, parking management, pest control, cleaning, catering, and facilities management to name a few, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dunkeld West, Johannesburg.**

**Purpose**:
**The Sales Consultants will report to the National Sales Manager and serve as members of the Team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Consultants will be that of Cleaning Services.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop sales plans and forecast market potential within an allocated territory/target market.**
**Proactively identify and establish communications with organisations that can benefit from the range of services.**
**Generate quotes and pricing options in accordance with client requests.**
**Build referral relationships and a lead generation network. Establish a relationship with the clients, whereby the Sales Consultant becomes intimately familiar with the Sales and Marketing Service requirements of each client.**
**Conduct telephonic and physical canvassing of potential/new clients according to an agreed KPI.**
**Maintain a calendar with scheduled appointments for the week that can be viewed by management.**
**Provide regular feedback on sales activity to management.**
**Maintain the “Pipedrive” sales monitoring platform by providing relevant information.**

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Matric Certified.**
**Solid Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office Package).**
**Relevant tertiary qualification.**
**Driver’s License Code 08 and own a reliable vehicle.**
**Proven track record of Sales Knowledge of the Cleaning Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirements.**
**Knowledge of Cleaning costing would be advantageous. Working knowledge of performance management matrix.**

**A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.**

**High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision-makers. Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards within a diverse workplace.**
**Strong commitment to service and quality standards as well as client satisfaction.**
**Flexible and collaborative work style including a commitment to getting required output and resolving operational problems timeously.**
**Travel is essential for this position.**
