Are you bilingual in Afrikaans and English with strong administration support skills, have the ability to multi task well and maintain a professional and high work standard?
Our client requires a junior diverse administrator, a quick learner, strong interest in finding the best ways to support a team effectively using competent computer and typing skills. to adapt to various deadlines.
This position involves extensive customer interaction and will be well suited to an individual who has a kind, friendly and polite attitude.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Min 2 years of work experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong, accurate administrative skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance
- Organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the administrative team
- Kind, helpful and able to liaise with people on all levels
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming enquiries from customers
- Assist with all administrative tasks including typing of documentation accurately
- Problem solving ahead of the team
- Manage filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Attending meetings to take notes and action the necessary requirements
- Multi tasking ensuring the diverse requirements of the team are attended to
- Consistently juggling duties to fit into various deadlines for customers
- Any Ad hoc duties that arise within the company portfolio
