Learnership Coordinator

**KEY TASKS TO BE PERFORMED**
- Management of the Moodle online system.
- Ensuring all students assessments are uploaded and registered to the relevant SETA LMS system for both online and contact learnerships.
- Constant tracking and follow ups done with students regarding submissions of their assessments.
- Providing strict timelines to students to ensure assessments are submitted.
- Download all assessments to allocate for marking to the relevant assessor.
- Ensure training material is printed and couriered on time.
- Following policies and procedures and upholding the integrity of the information that is being shared with new and existing students, to ensure it is both compliant and correct.
- Monitor student attendance and providing reports on absence.
- Follow up on students sending back signed documentation that is required for their student files.
- Provide guidance and constant follow ups for submissions of student logbooks.
- Daily update of the competency tracker for all student’s assessments submissions.
- Produce weekly stats/ reporting to the manager, ensuring the various competency trackers are up to date.
- Offer support to students by investigating and resolving student assessment related queries raised by different stakeholders.
- Ensuring all student files and assessments are compliant before it can go through external moderation.
- Ensuring the scanning filing of assessments are done accordingly for external moderation.
- Ensure accurate stats are captured.Ensure monthly client progress reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Undertake additional duties that the manager may determine from time to time.

- Ensure data integrity of all reports /stats to clients and other internal staff.
- Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.
- Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
- Willingness to go beyond the call of duty and work longer hours when necessary.
- Extremely professional in conduct.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to organise.
- Needs to be proactive.
