HR Secretary/administrative Assistant

**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) coupled with a tertiary secretarial/administration qualification.
- 4 years’ relevant experience in HR environment and secretarial environment.
- Computer literacy with an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Knowledge of SAP System will serve as an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to pass Rand Water K53 test
**Primary Duties**:
- Typing and handling correspondence, minute taking.
- Consolidation of HRM monthly report.
- Filing and keeping the database up to date.
- Manage the Human Resources Manager's diary.
- Generate SAP reservations and generating SAP orders.
- Coordinate all logístical arrangements for HRM meetings.
- Liaising with internal and external customers.
- Manage and coordinate functions of HR Driver.
- Assist in Talent Management.
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects/activities.
