Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Maximise sales for their own portfolio
- Meet own monthly sales targets
- Weekly prospecting and ensure conversion to sales
- Sells available advertising time according to the Sales Policy to ensure that income requirements are met and value contributions to clients are ensured and measure
- Promote long term relationships with existing clients
- Achieve the agreed upon weekly call rate Product Development and Campaign Management
- Prepares and documents written proposals and/or presentations used during the sales process
- Prepare accurate airtime schedules
- Ensure all booking documentation is completed
- Source, compile and facilitate all traffic material
- Prepare completed briefing documents to all stakeholders/ departments
- Conduct relevant pre call research and planning Manage Data/ Information
- Ensures briefs to marketing/ programming and production are completed timeously and correctly
- Provide the Head of Sales Manager with an activity report meetings, sales and pipelines business
- Uses and interprets media surveys and other marketing tools essential to the sales function
- Implement and follow work flow processes and procedures Execute Admin Functions
- Keep an active file on every account on your list
- Implements and Executes all business with a signed contract and confirmations
- Check contracts and figures to ensure that the accurate amounts have been booked correctly
**Requirements**:
- Experience in media/agency sales (preferably 3-4 years).
- Proven track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
