**Head Procurement and Productivity**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You manage all procurement resources effectively to promote procurement excellence and service
- Professionally, you maintain and develop relationships with internal customers, suppliers and strategic partners to ensure the supply of high-quality products and services
- Part of your responsibilities is promoting B-BBEE compliance for procurement and ensure it is embedded in the procurement strategy
- Collaborate with the business to improve processes in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and support the business in analyzing key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- You actively drive continuous improvement in the business and promote the usage of Advanced Methods in problem solving (lean, six sigma, digital), implementing best practices and sharing lessons learned
- Plan and deploy cross-functional projects in and across different BUs and value streams, as well as coordinate with partners across the organization, to ensure the right expertise and focus on key priorities to drive results

**What makes you great**
- You possess a professional degree in Engineering or Business, and you have gain at least 6 -10 years of business experience and/or several years works experience in a business or productivity consultant role or procurement professional
- You have deep expertise and experience in processes applied in the manufacturing and supply gases products
- Experience or being trained in coaching and as a trainer is beneficial
- Being certified as Digital Creator and/or LSS Black Belt is an advantage
