What are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, hardworking and team orientated Academic Administrator to join our team at Skills Academy.

You will be responsible for all administrative and academic assistance to students at Skills Academy.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Drawing data from the student management system, and producing daily reports
- Assisting the manager to check administrative tasks
- Answering and making calls to students
- Assisting the manager in keeping the communication calendar up to date and actioned
- Liaise with other departments that work with or give services to Academic Department
- Taking minutes
- Printing and managing results and certificates for students that complete their studies
- Administrative assistance for our online study groups
- Be able to touch type
- Be computer literate
- Have Matric
- Office experienced
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Customer Service experience is advantageous

The job is highly administrative. Accuracy and speed are both essential to ensure every student is serviced properly.
