Service Manager Automotive

**Job Specifications**:

- Build service strategy with service slogan and goodwill condition.
- Aftersales training planning and management, including service advisor.
- Build a local road assistant policy and confirm the strategy.
- Build a local call centre with suppliers and work on CSI, provide improvement.
- Customer care and service campaign planning and management.
- Responsible for working on new product launch readiness.
- Accountable for service marketing activity.

**Minimum Requirements**

1. Fluent in English speaking and writing.

2. Over 10 years experience in the aftersales business area.

3. Experience in managing the call centre environment.

4. Strong ability to organize and coordinate

**Remuneration & Benefits**

Basic Salary.

Travel Allowance.

Cellphone Allowance.

**The position will involve intensive travelling local and international.**

Pay: R45 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- management: 5 years (required)
- Dealership: 10 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Yes (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
