Automotive Spray Painter

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a automotive spray painter. We are looking for a dedicated, consistent, and passionate automotive spray painter that takes pride in their work, as we at Chicanos pride ourselves on quality and perfection.

You be be required to carry out the following:

- Efficiently strip old paint and coatings.
- Identify any errors in preparation.
- Ensure thorough preparation of surfaces of subsequent painting.
- Be able to mask.
- Uphold stringent quality control standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets/exceeds quality benchmarks.
- Ensure proper alignment and fitting of body parts to meet quality standards.
- Assemble vehicle components before and after painting.
- Maintain and clean equipment.
- Be able to manage time efficiently to meet targets set.
- Be able to work well with others.
- be able to evaluate, solve, and report any malfunctions faced at the workplace.
- Be able to work overtime and Saturdays.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Additional qualifications is a bonus.
