Are you someone who can:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving investment and insurance policy switching to existing FNB clients.
- Identify target markets and segments with high potential for switching opportunities and develop targeted sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.
- Design solutions, offers and recommendations for clients, highlighting the benefits of switching investment and insurance policies to support them achieving their financial goals.
- Design and implement business processes that will reduce friction and enhance customer experience through the switching journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel.
- Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment and insurance policy switching, and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies and tactics.
- Post-grad degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- You must be numerical and analytically strong.
- Strong business acumen
- Results-oriented mindset
- Campaign and Customer Value Management experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- You must be able to manage stakeholders and have strong relationship management.
- Insurance and Investment is advantageous.
