Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
Location: Rosebank

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of room inspections and cleaning schedules
- Assist in the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with housekeeping software systems is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
