- Manage people efficiencies through leave management, headcount budget, fixed term contracts, staff movements, secondments, staff utilization
- Negotiate and manage implementation of Service Level Agreements with business (Ombuds and Front Office)
- Manage productivity and time management of the Credit operations team
- Update policy with changes from internal and external audit recommendations
- Ensure all policies and processes applied in the department support TCF and ethics initiatives
- Identify gaps where the department can make changes that impact customers positively
- Inspire / motivate staff by recognising and rewarding for optimum performance
- Manage performance of individuals
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for the subordinates
- Provide corrective measures to address underperformance
- Manage and resolve conflict amongst the team
- Identify the training / coaching needs
- Co-ordinate training needs with Training department
- Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance
- Create understanding of the ‘real’ versus ‘perceived’ need through experience and expertise while complying with company polices legislation and regulations

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree / Post grad with professional registration
- 5 years Management experience
