**Position Title**: IT Sales Executive

**Location**: Sandton, Johannesburg (Office based)

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within South Africa and Sub-Saharan countries, targeting large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the top 50 South African companies across Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, and Mining sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on progress towards targets.
- Contribute to the development of Go-To-Market strategies and long-term vision for the company's growth in the IT sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Experience working in similar companies such as HCL, Tech Mahindra, Zensar, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, EY, Deloitte, LTI Infotech, etc. will be highly valued.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for sales.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
