**Overview of the role**:
The Internal Sales Administrator role is the nexus between the Sales and Finance Teams. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to processing orders, onboarding customers, placing order with vendors.
A successful Internal Sales Administrator is a key contributor to the overall growth of the organization. This position requires an outcomes based, proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently and effectively with a diverse team and consistently deliver high-quality results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals New and Renewals,
- Oversee and follow up on all renewals for customer products (hardware and software), services, and licensing agreements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to relevant Parties,
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met,
- Help maintain the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and sales-related data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible,
- Maintaining and managing the Applications that are utilised by the Sales Team to dive sales.
- Continuously monitor and report on renewals,
- Identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Stay up to date with new products, features, and licenses. Organise and arrange sales meetings and conferences.
- Additional tasks may be required based on evolving sales process.
**Requirements**:
- 10 years’ experience working in the IT Industry (distribution or systems Integrator) with special focus on Renewals administration/ management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide quick and accurate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while adhering to sales team standards and procedures.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve on-the-job.
