Personal Assistant to the Executive team
Full job description:
We are a restaurant group in Bree Street looking for a PA to join our team.
This position will be to assist and report to the executive chef team, and also provide administrative support.
Requirements and skills:
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances would be beneficial
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing that relevant invoices are approved and paid to all service providers
Supervise and completing stocktake
Recipe costing
Recipe methods and updates
Kitchen maintenance
Manage snag lists
Stock input
Rosters
Handling all invoice queries and credit notes
Credit Application
Scanning, filing and copying of information
Draft agendas and minute taking
Deal with service providers in a professional and efficient manner
Ordering kitchen supplies
Sourcing of kitchen staff members along with Heads
Adhoc administrative duties as and when required
Hours:
Monday 10:00am - 22:00pm
Tuesday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Thursday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Friday 10:00am - 18:00pm
1 x Saturday a month 10:00am - 18:00pm

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ personal assistant experience at an executive level
Office Administration Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills
Own transport and Driver’s License
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
