Hotel & Lodge Management company with Head Offices in Bryanston is looking for a Office Receptionist / Administrator.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
- The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Organization skills
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Valid RSA ID
- Previous experience in a professional environment will be beneficial.
