About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SHERQ Environmental Specialist to join our team at Specibase Pty Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SHERQ regulations and standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine tender documents to identify SHERQ requirements and compile returnable documents accordingly.
  • Develop and implement Project Specific SHERQ Environmental Management Plans.
  • Ensure all tender returnable documents are compiled and submitted on time.
  • Assess potential SHERQ-related risks from client specifications and complete SHERQ checklists and questionnaires.
  • Provide feedback on tender status to the SHERQ team Coordinator and maintain the SHERQ Tender register and Folders.
  • Track and monitor compliance with SHERQ requirements throughout the tendering phases.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in SHERQ management systems, specifically ISO 14001.
  • Strong understanding of SHERQ regulations and standards, including local and international requirements.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
