Provide a focused, strategic talent acquisition solution in order to enable the business’ current and future scarce and critical talent requirements.
Requirements

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Behavioral Sciences or related.

**Minimum experience**
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in attracting, screening, interviewing, and acquiring talent at various levels
- Knowledge of and experience of HR practices and relevant legislation
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting methods, with demonstrated experience in successfully placing scarce and critical roles
- Experience as a Researcher (advantageous)
- Experience in using various agency portals and platforms to develop pipeline talent pools
- Proven skill and experience with regards to writing advertisements, branding and advertising
- Strong reporting, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities

**Engage and partner with Human Capital and business in order to effectively enable end-to-end talent acquisition support**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HC team to determine talent requirements aligned to scarce and critical capabilities.
- Proactively source, pre-screen and interview suitably qualified talent in line with Employment Equity principles, Talent strategy and culture.
- Strategically engage with internal stakeholders by providing market intelligence and market trends related to remuneration, competitor activity and the various talent pools to effectively target relevant skills.
- Facilitate offers and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in workforce planning meetings and implement the strategies to achieve talent objectives.
- Build professional working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, displaying sound abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate and present at all levels.
- Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed

**Contribute to the development of proactive talent solutions to the various businesses**
- Keep abreast of industry trends by role family and geography and share best practice and expertise at agreed frequencies and intervals to guide and influence hiring decisions.
- Analyze and utilize metrics and data in order to manage report on and accurately measure the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment processes and enhance when necessary.

- Co-ordinate and participate in hiring events such as career or job fairs, external recruiting and other networking events.
- Develop and drive suitable networking events for target talent pools.
