**Job Description**:

- Advises and participates in planning, strategy development, and policy related to recruiting on a basic to moderate scale.
- Supports the Talent Acquisition Specialist with high volume recruitment.
- Advises and participates in planning, strategy development, and policy related to recruiting on a basic to moderate scale.
- Take the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by:

- maintain applicant and recruitment tracker
- Do reference checks and MIE qualification verifications
- Assist other Talent Acquisition Specialist with administration as an when required.
- Be fully compliant with all AECOM TA processes, guidelines and systems
