We require an experienced seasoned, critical, strategic and process-minded leader with experience in scaling an organisation, leading a team and developing a high performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals whilst at the same has the ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering to deadline with accuracy. As a Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible to help team members deliver measurable, evidence based, cost effective results that make the organisation's vision a reality. The Chief Operations Officer is accountable for all operational delivery and improving staff performance to the satisfaction of clients and in addition finding ways to increase the quality of deliver and implementing best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, learn and perform at a high standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management, Operations or similar field
- An MBA is advantageous
- A minimum of 10 years experience in external operations
- Proven track record of effective operations management
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Must have a driver's licence and own vehicle
