We are seeking deadline driven, goal orientated and motivated individuals to join our growing team who are dedicated to providing a euphoric customer experience.

Your duties will include attending to all requests and resolving queries. You will conduct testing and troubleshooting where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- English and Mathematics (pass)
- IT qualification/ 1 year IT experience

IT graduates are welcome to apply.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
