**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and sales support to the Agent Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Assist with the organization of sales events and campaigns.
- Help coordinate travel arrangements for customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant professional work experience in sales support or customer service in the luxury safari industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A deep understanding and passion for safari travel in Africa.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to start as soon as possible.
