**Sales Administrator - Internal Sales Representative**
**R11 000 Basic + Incentives + R385 Cellphone**
**Location: Rustdal, City of Cape Town**
**Company**
**Responsibilities**:
- Required to document all customer interactions and enter the information into the ERP System, as well as ensure that all records are accurate and current.
- Administer all customer orders, provide appropriate consultation to customers for various products and services and place orders accordingly.
- Cold-calling customers for sales.
- Manage all customer issues and resolve all complaints effectively.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues to provide exceptional customer care services.
- Analyse customer requirements for products and services and provide consultation to select appropriate products.
- Prepare documents for individual accounts and associate customer interaction and ensure follow-up on all pending issues.
- Work closely with the sales and debtors’ departments.
- Maintain knowledge of order status and inform customers of same.
- Any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct.
**Requirements**:
- 2 Years Sales Co-ordinator experience
- Strong Administrative skills required
- Experience working with ERP Software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Matric with relevant qualifications
