An exciting opportunity has arisen for an** International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator **at** I&J, **Woodstock, Cape Town**. **As the successful incumbent you will be responsible to ensure the efficient co-ordination of the international sales function by assessing, implementing and co-ordinating all operations and projects relating to logistics, sales, customer liaison, new product development, procurement and system/sales related accounting activities.

The **International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator **will also provide a critical administrative relief / support function to the international marketing team.

- Export Shipment Related Administration and Co-ordination
- Price Deal Management / Claims Co-ordination
- Departmental Expenses Administration
- Sample Airfreight or Sea freight Coordination
- Adhoc Duties

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an administrative, co-ordinating, implementation and facilitation role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a Sales and Customer Service Role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics / Shipping
- 2 years’ experience within the Fishing Industry

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree within Business / Marketing / Supply Chain
- Comm. Degree within Business / Marketing / Supply Chain will be advantageous

**Additional Requirements**:

- SAP SD Model (Intermediate)
- Basic knowledge of financial processes
- High level of numerical acumen
- Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint (advanced would be advantageous)
- An understanding of the sensitivities relating to customer relationships
- Ability to deal with customers at all levels
