Our client is looking for Outbound Call Centre Agents.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Description**:
Excellent communication and listening skills - Outbound telemarketing agents work in telephone call centers. They contact consumers and business customers by phone to attempt to sell or create interest in a product or service.
- A polite and friendly manner
- Lots of initiative
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
- Loves talking on the phone
- **Skills Required**:_
- At least 1 - 2 years working within a sales environment in a proactive telemarketing role
- Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Salary**: From R4,000.00 per month
