**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant at CRS. The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and delivering training to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Sales Consulting, Sales, and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Ability to commute

**Key Responsibilities**
- Telesales
- Liaising with current partners and customers
- Growing the existing partner and customer base through direct telephonic selling activities
- Taking ownership of customer queries and being proactive in dealing with them
- Phoning potential IT resellers

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Matric
- Knowledge in IT
- Degree/Diploma

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
