**Position Summary**:
The SD officers are administrative support employees who are responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties. They are responsible for contacting the clients and updating the ROM / Tech Leader or PCM on confirmed appointments and other scheduling adjustments. The role also entails providing excellent customer services to guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contacting clients and scheduling appoints for installation and maintenance.
- Updating the schedule roster or tracker.
- Following up on customer requests / complaints
- Reception of visitors / clients at the office
- Inventory of office resources
- Record keeping of auxiliary supplies.
- Stay up-to-date with the teams’ locations and clock in.
**Qualification**:
- Qualification in public relations or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
