**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **Employee Relations (ER) Specialist** to join our world class HR Community.

In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering location-specific employee relations management services and aligning with our global employee relations strategy.

**What you’ll do**:
**Employee Relations Service Delivery**:

- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation sessions, promoting open communication and reaching mutually acceptable resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes.
- Represent regional companies at low to medium risk labour dispute tribunals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on local employee relations metrics, identifying areas of improvement and risk.

**Planning and Continuous Improvement**:

- Develop and execute operational plans to support the local delivery of the global Employee Relations strategy.
- Implement and administer employee relations policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with global standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of the group's global Employee Relations strategy and practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Develop and deliver local training programs on employee relations topics for managers and employees.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage risks and handle legal issues related to employee relations.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, such as Human Resource Management or Law.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations Management and Labour Law.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
