Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Support team with regards to the ordering and delivery of all general Fixtures and Fittings (F&F), Safes, Tiles & Radio equipment. Will provide support to the Sales Support team relating to queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative aid and Order placements of Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) and Hangers labels
- Administrative aid and order placement of leasehold improvement, tile and F&F related insurance orders for all installations
- Reporting
- Administrative duties to assist the Fixed Asset Buyers
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- 2-3 years administration experience
- Smartstream system knowledge will be an advantage
- F&F System knowledge will be an advantage
- MS Office or Google Suite (Spreadsheets at an intermediate level)
- Knowledge of fixtures and fittings will be an advantage
- Knowledge of store designing and space planning will be an advantage
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
