Fixed Assets Coordinator

Purpose of the job
To co-ordinate and purchase certain fixed assets for the stores and fulfill certain administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative aid and Order placements of Signage
- Liaising with internal and external 3rd parties
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Updating the Asset Register
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Certificate
- 2 Years admin experience
- Experience in Photoshop will be advantageous
- Experience in Google Sheets
- Smartstream system knowledge advantageous
