Are you ready to dive into the world of unified communications with flair and finesse? We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, funky individual to join my client in the exciting role of Unified Communications Field Technician & Programmer.

**Primary Duties**:

- Respond to calls from awesome clients with lightning speed.
- Provide remote support that's so on point, it's like telepathy over the phone.
- Schedule site visits faster than a speeding bullet, all within the client's SLA Mean-Time-To-Respond time.
- Resolve issues quicker than a ninja within the client's SLA Mean-Time-To-Repair time.
- Understand each client's SLA contract better than your favorite comic book hero and stick to the required service level.
- Tackle preventative maintenance like a superhero saving the day, with full maintenance reports as your secret weapon.
- Master advanced fault-finding like a tech wizard casting spells.
- Wire, cable, and terminate connections with the precision of a tech ninja.
- Configure video conferencing and audio visual setups that will leave clients in awe.
- Prepare for site visits like it's your moment to shine.
- Collaborate with suppliers and senior staff to troubleshoot like a tech hero.
- Install like a pro when Field Service work isn't needed.
- **Program Crestron and Extron systems for epic boardroom setups.**
- Embrace overtime and travel like an adventure in the tech universe.
- Stand by like a tech guardian when duty calls.
- Stay on top of training when not saving the tech world.
- Be the on-site hero customers need when the tech signal lights up.
- Work and report like a tech legend, even without direct supervision.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric **Essential**:

- A minimum of 2-4 years audiovisual experience
- **Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual systems**:

- ** Crestron and Extron programming non-negotiable**:

- Basic Room control experience.
- Audio experience, including basic DSP programming
- Video Routing and switching experience
- Video Conferencing endpoint experience - Polycom, Avaya
- Good communication skills
- Proof of technical skills
- Good time management essential
- Good planning skills
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- **Must have valid Driver’s license & own vehicle**
