- Performs the sales and key customer liaison role for the organisation, internal and external, processing and reconciling of customer quoting and invoicing. Performs the day-to-day operations and administration tasks as required to support the role.

- Administration and management of quotations, sales orders and invoices in SAP and check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, and proper code
- Forecast sales and pass information to production for scheduling
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
- Attending to customer account queries, providing statements/remittances and following up of ‘Overdues’ with the assistance of the Finance Dept.
- Ensuring timeous and accurate reporting and that monthly sales deadlines are met
- Maintain active customer contact list, initiate and drive the ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ process
- Provide support within other Dept’s when required, including assisting during year-end audits and stock take
- The job description outlines the duties required of this post to indicate the level of responsibility. - Grade 12 (Matric) and relevant post Matric qualification
- A relevant technical qualification (BSc/BTech or similar), preference for electro-mechanical background.
- Any appropriate sales and/or marketing qualification or course, will be beneficial
- Minimum 6 - 10 years similar or related experience
- Required experience:
- Technical and/or electrical Sales (internal & external)
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Sales processing & account administration
- SAP ERP (preferably SAP Business One)
- Ability to present technical information to clients and customers
- Ability to read, write, analyse and interpret complex technical documents
